Can I view the product ingredients?
Yes, all ingredients are listed in the description of each product on our website.
Do they have an expiration date?
Yes, all our products have a valid expiration date. Additionally, on each package, you will find the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol, which is a graphic of an open jar with a number inside. This number indicates the number of months the product can be safely used after opening.
Orders and Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard shipping in Spain: 3-5 business days
- You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
Can I modify my order after placing it?

Returns and Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging.
Do you accept returns of opened products?
No, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of makeup products that have been opened or used.
What if I receive a defective product?
Contact us immediately at sashobeauty@gmail.com with photos of the product. We will send you a replacement or a full refund and cover the return costs.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
